The Service Delivery Processes Lead will jointly work with Engagement Manager (Transition) and tools Subject Matter Experts to prepare a roadmap to address gaps identified. The roadmap will clearly identify the gaps and corresponding proposal to fill them wherever possible. For the gaps which cannot be addressed a proposal will be made to mitigate the risks. The roadmap will also capture the potential opportunities for improvement (OFIs) to enable the service delivery alignment.
The drafted roadmap is reviewed internally with Service Delivery stakeholders, Tools Subject Matter Experts, Service Delivery Processes Lead and Engagement Manager (Transition) to have an internal alignment before publishing it to the Client.
